Live Primal fitness mimics the physical activity of our ancestors with a combination of functional full-body strength training efforts (either with bodyweight exercises or gym equipment) and regular bouts of all-out sprints. At its core are three basic laws: move frequently at a slow pace, lift heavy objects regularly, and perform occasional all-out sprint workouts.

The Live Primal approach to training emphasises moving more in general with a focus on listening to your body and training accordingly.

For individuals who have completed our introductory package, we can continue to provide customised training blueprints on a six weekly rotation, as well as personal training sessions, individualised to your needs.

For sporting clubs we offer our Functional Movement Screening services to assess your athletes and provide individualised plans for correcting imbalances and strengthening specific areas to decrease the risk of injury.
