Move Primal is the foundation philosophy of Live Primal. Moving more often is the key to better overall health. Taking opportunities to walk, run, ride or engaging in play help enhance our enjoyment of fitness and has huge improvements for both physical and mental health. Balancing periods of prolonged inactivity (sitting at a desk) with movement breaks has profound effects of health and wellbeing.

The aim of Live Primal is to get you up, out and active. We want you to move more effectively and efficiently with no pain or injuries.

We will start your transition into Primal Living with a Functional Movement Screen (FMS). FMS is a set of eight exercises that assess your ability to move effectively and efficiently. Using the data from the screening we will tailor a strength and conditioning program based on the identification of stress points and likely sources of injury. Your individualised program will address specific movement limitations or imbalances, correcting those and building a solid strength and fitness base from the ground up.
